A vast financial-services estate, mapped — with platform and governance strategy defined before a line was built.

The situation

A major financial-services group with a sprawling digital estate — many properties, many teams, accumulated over years. Scale and complexity were the problem before anything else: no one held a single, current picture of how it all fit together.

What we did

We got clear first. We mapped the estate, surfaced the dependencies, and defined the platform and governance strategy before the build — the thinking that decides a project. Clarity made the scale legible: what to keep, what to connect, what to govern, and in what order.

TODO: insert the real assessment specifics once confirmed by the client. Written true-but-general for now — no invented metrics (brief §0, casting).

Why it matters

This is Clarity in practice: the estate made clear, the strategy set, the risk taken out of everything that follows. The judgment is the deliverable — and the client keeps it.
